Our guesthouse is in the city yet remains very quiet. It's only a two-minute walk to the market and main shopping street. In the evening, most restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.

A major advantage for contractors is the proximity to the two large chemical parks "Buna" and "Leuna", where major companies like DOW, Total, DOMO, or Linde are located.

We do not offer a breakfast service. However, kitchens for self-catering are available.

Ample parking is available directly at the property.

While we primarily cater to contractors, you are welcome to use our guesthouse if you need to accommodate guests for a family event, for example.

Double Rooms from €18 per person

Special rates available for groups of 10 or long-term single bookings.
Wi‑Fi available in all rooms. Washing machine usage is available. Kitchens with cooking facilities and refrigerators are provided.
